Our leaders took a seat to share stories of how our values steer behaviours and decisions in everyday life. In a discussion with Bassel, our Head of Mobility, we discussed what it means to be truly committed to developing each other.
It’s hard to imagine how Careem will realise its purpose without a lot of extremely capable colleagues. Fortunately, there is no shortage of potential in the region. But potential alone is not enough. It must be developed.
